TO PLACE AN ORDER - Just click on the "Order" button on any product page. This will place the item in your shopping cart on the Order Page. Quantities can be changed on the Order Page (correct the quantity by typing over the existing quantity and then click the Update Quantity button). Items can also be removed from the Order Page (just click "remove" on the far right next to the product you want to remove). Items do ship from different states and tax may be added if the to and from destination are within the same state. You will find this information on each category page.
SHIPPING - We ship UPS and FedEx Ground and Freight. You will advised if a large or oversized item requires Freight Shipping. Your credit card will not be charged till item ships.
A 6% Sales Tax Charge will be added to any order shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
RETURN POLICY - We need to be notified within five business days after receipt of the product. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and the merchandise needs to be returned in good condition. The original shipping charges are also the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING - We insure all of our shipments. We ask that you keep the product until it can be inspected because the shipping companies require proof of damage to reimburse us.
